The person scheduling the service call can also add additional comments to the service ticket. In many cases this will allow the service technician to arrive at the service location with the correct parts to fix the issue, saving time driving back and forth between the service company office and the service location. Finally, the Stellguard software will also display the name of the technician scheduled to perform the service, along with a date and time.
